New Reception... And so much more!

The Hayes is currently in the midst of an ambitious project to significantly improve the Reception facilities that are used to welcome and register delegates on arrival.   Once complete, the new development will provide a large and airy Reception area which will enable a relaxed and comfortable welcome for delegates.   But this is much more than just a new Reception. For example: From this area you will now be able to walk straight through the newly created extension to the Garden Hall for refreshments and access to the rear of the building and the lovely gardens. A new Conference Office will be provided directly behind the Registration Desk. Free wireless internet throughout this area. The popular shop has been re-located and is next to the new Reception area. Extra space for your comfort whilst enjoying a mid-morning coffee, our home made cakes at afternoon tea or a drink in the evening at the Bar. This is just a highlight of the benefits that this development will bring to delegates. The Shop is now available and the extended lounge will be ready for January 2009. By late March 2009 you should be able to experience the full benefits first hand.   In the meantime, alternative Reception facilities have been provided, which will ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum.
