Organising a conference is not an easy task. You may have volunteered or (more than likely) you may have been 'encouraged' to take the job on board!
Either way, the experienced staff at both The Hayes and High Leigh are more than equipped to guide you through the process.
From your initial enquiry, right through to the conference itself, we are there to enable you to achieve rewarding results at either of our Centres.
As a Conference Organiser, you are probably more than aware that there is a lot of administration associated with the job! At both Centres, we will send you the various documents and information that you need throughout the booking process and this can be done either by post or by e-mail.
In addition to this, we are now pleased to offer this Online Conference Organisers Section that will provide various documents, articles, downloads and forums that will help facilitate the planning of your conference and maximise the results of your stay.
To access this section, you need to register your details with us, and in due course, we will then e-mail you a user-name and password to access this area.
If have already registered your details with us, you can just log-in straight away. For your future convenience, the log-in access can be found below the menu bar at the top of every page.
