Conference Rooms
|
A wide range of halls and meeting rooms are available to meet your requirements.
- Two large halls seating 400 and 380 respectively
- Two medium sized halls seating 150 and 140 respectively
- A purpose-built chapel, set in a quiet part of the site, can seat 350
- Numerous smaller meeting rooms seating between 20 & 70 delegates, together with syndicate rooms, make over 30 spaces for small group work
- All rooms have natural daylight and ventilation and can be laid out in a variety of styles such as theatre, boardroom or informally
- For smaller conferences we aim to allocate meeting rooms in one area to facilitate fellowship with a "quiet and away from it all" feel.
All of our medium and larger sized halls have integral audio-visual equipment. Induction loop systems are installed in the Chapel, Derbyshire, Main and Small Conference Halls. There are also two portable loops. A large range of data projectors, televisions, videos, OHPs and flipcharts are also available. Our experienced staff will help with your particular audio-visual needs and discuss your meeting room layout.

The Derbyshire Hall
This air-conditioned hall seats 400 people and has 20% more floor space than the Main Conference Hall. In September 2008, new Audio-Visual equipment was installed. Wireless internet is also provided throughout the Derbyshire Suite.

The Main Conference Hall
This hall seats 380 people and offers a pleasant location for your main meeting. In March 2008, new Audio-Visual equipment was installed. The six side rooms are ideal for times when the conference breaks into smaller groups. Each can seat between 12-15 people. Wireless Internet is available.

The Small Conference Hall
This hall seats 150 people and can seat up to 170 if necessary. In January 2008, new Audio-Visual equipment was installed. There are two self-contained group rooms attached, each seating 15-20 people. Wireless Internet is available.

The Chapel
This centrally-heated timber framed building provides a versatile place for worship. There are 350 stackable chairs and a movable altar table so that it can be set out formally or informally. It can also be used for groups and smaller sessions. In December 2008, new Audio-Visual was installed.

The Orchard Hall
This hall seats 140 comfortably, enabling a formal or informal setting in a spacious environment.
