Deputy Manager - High Leigh Conference Centre

This role is hands on, varied, demanding and satisfying. The Deputy Manger will be second to the centre manager and assistant managers will report to you. Evening and weekend duties on a rota are required together with some bar and shop work.
 
This post is an ideal stepping stone to a centre managers’ position and is required as part of our succession planning. You will need to be sympathetic to the Christian aims of the centre.
 
Management experience and/or qualifications (ideally to degree level) are required preferably in the Hotel and Catering or leisure industry (see Person Specification).
