CCT are pleased to be working in partnership with both More Than Gold and The Salvation Army this Summer. More Than Gold have exclusively booked the sole use of High Leigh for over 500 mission team members to use as their base for during the Olympics. David Willson, the Chief Executive of More Than Gold explains: “I know that High Leigh will be an oasis and blessing to the many people who will be coming from overseas to work with us. I am looking forward to partnering with High Leigh in this Olympic endeavour”.
Groups will be staying at High Leigh between 24th July and 13th August. During this time, CCT and The Salvation Army will be arranging accommodation and meals.
To assist the mission teams, we are also going to be providing a shuttle bus service to the local train station. Whilst nearly all the planning arrangements are in hand, we are looking to loan a further 3 minibuses for the duration.
Does your organisation have a minibus that may be available during the above dates? If so, we will happily cover any reasonable hire charges and/or mileage costs. If this is something you can partner with us on, please contact Grant Farrant on grant.farrant@cct.org.uk or 01992 463016.
