Conference Rooms

A wide range of halls and meeting rooms are available to meet your requirements.

• Two large halls seating 220 and 120 respectively
• Three medium-sized halls seating between 40 and 80 delegates
• A self-contained Day Conference facility that accommodate up to 30 delegates
• Numerous smaller meeting rooms seating between 6 and 25 delegates, make over 15 spaces for small group work
• All rooms have natural daylight and ventilation and can be laid out in a variety of styles such as theatre, and boardroom, or informally
• For smaller conferences we aim to allocate meeting rooms in one area to facilitate fellowship with a "quiet and away from it all" feel

All of our main meeting rooms have data projectors installed with PC inputs and DVD playback. In addition to the data projectors, we have integral sound equipment with cordless microphones, CD recorders and induction loops available for your use. No additional hire charges are made for use of this equipment. In the other 15 meeting rooms we can provide data projectors, flipcharts, OHPs and televisions with VCR/DVD players for your use, free of charge.

Professionally installed wireless internet is available across the entire site. For those without their own wireless enabled laptop, an internet facility is available for your use. These facilities are available free of charge, 24 hours a day.
