CONFERENCE & MEETING SPACES
Highgate House features one large conference hall, three medium-size halls and 12 meeting spaces of varying sizes.
All of our meeting spaces come with high-quality audio and visual equipment as standard at no extra cost. The venue has high-speed Wi-Fi which makes streaming your event easy.
Aspen
This is our largest hall which can seat up to 200 people theatre-style or 100 cabaret-style. It includes six smaller adjacent breakout rooms seating 12 in boardroom style or 20 in theatre or circle layout.
Aspen is being fully refurbished and will be equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual facilities. (Image is for illustrative purposes).
Annerley
This is a medium size hall for up to 70 in theatre-style, 50 in cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It includes two smaller adjacent breakout rooms seating 8 in boardroom style or 10 in theatre or circle layout.
Ismay
This is a medium size hall for up to 50 in theatre-style, 32 in cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It includes an adjacent breakout room.
Rowan
This medium size room can seat up to 40 in theatre style, 32 cabaret-style and 18 in boardroom layout. It has stunning countryside views and is located next to the Baronial Hall Lounge and close to the Library meeting room.
Pine
This room can seat up to 35 in theatre style and 16 in boardroom layout. It has views of the gardens.
Holly
This boardroom can seat up to 14. It has good views of the gardens.
Library
This intimate room has great countryside views and can seat up to 12 in a boardroom layout.
