Conference Rooms

A wide range of halls and meeting rooms are available to meet your requirements.

• Two large halls seating 400 and 380 respectively
• A medium sized hall that can either be used as one hall seating 300, or two halls seating 150 in each
• A purpose-built chapel, set in a quiet part of the site, can seat 350
• Numerous smaller meeting rooms seating between 20 & 70 delegates, together with syndicate rooms, make over 30 spaces for small group work
• The vast majority of rooms have natural daylight and can be laid out in a variety of styles such as theatre, and boardroom, or informally, to meet your requirements
• For smaller conferences we aim to allocate meeting rooms in one area to facilitate fellowship with a "quiet and away from it all" feel

The Derbyshire Hall, Chapel, Main and Butterley Halls all have two data projectors installed with PC inputs, DVD playback and monitor screens. In addition to the data projectors, we have integral sound equipment with mixing desks, cordless microphones, CD recorders and induction loops available for your use. No additional hire charges are made for use of this equipment. In our other meeting rooms we can provide data projectors (subject to availability), flipcharts, OHPS and televisions with VCR/DVD players for your use, free of charge.

Professionally installed wireless internet is available across the majority of the site. For those without their own wireless enabled laptop, an internet room is available for your use. These facilities are available free of charge, 24 hours a day.

Seating Capacity

There are a further 16 meeting rooms seating between 2 and 15 making a total of 40 rooms. Seating configurations with a '-' imply that there are other rooms more suitable for that style of seating.
