Christian Conference Trust provides all-inclusive conference breaks across three beautiful countryside venues in the UK. Highgate House in Northamptonshire, The Hayes in Derbyshire and High Leigh in Hertfordshire.

Join our team at Highgate House

We are recruiting team members for our new Highgate House venue in Northamptonshire. We're looking for people to work in the kitchen, dining room, maintenance and reception as well as recruiting porters and housekeepers.

  • When you join, you’ll be enrolled in Westfield Health’s cash plan. This means that you can claim back the money you spend on dental, optical, chiropody, consultation, selective scans and therapy treatments. There is even 24-hour GP telephone access and an advice line included as well as cover for your children.
  • To help provide for your future we contribute 6% to a Group Personal Pension for you.
  • You'll be entitled to 28 days of leave (including bank holidays) which rises to 31 days after five years and 33 days after 10 years.
  • Should you become ill, we pay more than statutory sick pay and all staff are covered by death-in-service insurance.

Our Pathways Training includes online training modules, in-house on-the-job training, and a range of educational TED talks to watch.

Our optional one-year Aspire Leadership Course in hospitality (level 4) is fully funded by the Trust. This formal on-the-job training provides you with a recognised Institute of Learning Management qualification which is also highly valued by the Institute of Hoteliers.

 

Terms and conditions
Westfield Health, discounted gyms and Rewards are for contracted staff on 25 hours or more only and are a taxable benefit-in-kind. You can claim back money spent on selective health services up to the maximum allowance provided by your cover. In return for our commitment to your pension, we require you to contribute an additional minimum of 2%. Christmas closure is taken from your annual leave allowance. Full details of these benefits are provided in our staff handbook when you join. Benefits are subject to change.
