Improvements to The Hayes' communal areas

Offering space to socialise, relax and contemplate, the communal areas at our conference venues play an important role in determining the atmosphere of an event. In order to get conferences off to the best possible start, and make sure that delegates feel valued and well looked after during their stay, we work hard to ensure that all of the communal areas at our sites are kept to the highest standard.

One site that’s recently experienced an overhaul of its communal areas is The Hayes which has undergone a facelift, bringing the centre right up to date and giving delegates a space they can really enjoy.

The Vinery

A firm favourite with our guests, especially on warm summer evenings, is The Vinery which has been revitalised with a fresh coat of paint, giving it a light, bright and airy look. The chairs in The Vinery have also been given a makeover, giving them a fresh new look and contemporary aesthetic. To complete the makeover, we replaced all of the plants in The Vinery, helping the room appear more spacious and making the stunning windows the focal point of the space.

drink and refreshment areas

Tea and coffee

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from our years hosting conferences, it’s that tea and coffee are incredibly important to the smooth running of an event. To ensure there’s a brew on hand whenever delegates need one, we’ve placed Bean to Cup machines and Pop Up filter coffee points around The Hayes. Delegates can help themselves to a tasty tea or coffee 24 hours a day, with a great choice of coffee and a wide selection of teas available, including Peppermint, Camomile and Berry infusion to name just a few, everyone will be kept happy.

The Lounge

To create even more communal space at The Hayes, we’ve converted one of our conference rooms into a warm and cosy lounge. Complete with comfy chairs and classic décor, The Lounge is a great place for informal get togethers, breakout sessions and evening relaxation.

The Games Room

Downtime is an important part of any day conference. To make sure delegates have somewhere spacious and welcoming to relax at the end of a busy day, we’ve revitalised our games room, giving it a fun new look that’s suitable for all ages.

Thanks to these ongoing improvements, The Hayes is an even more enjoyable place to spend a weekend. If you’re looking for a high quality venue for an event of your own, or if you just want to find out more about our venues, contact a member of our team today.
