When your group qualifies for exclusive use, you’ll have full access to the venue. That means a peaceful atmosphere where your team can truly unwind and connect. Each of our centres offers large meeting rooms, beautiful grounds, and a variety of public spaces such as lounges, coffee areas, and spaces to have fellowship – all reserved just for you.

2. Reduced minimum numbers: Now more accessible
For all new bookings, we’ve recently reduced the minimum number of attendees required to qualify for exclusive use, making it easier than ever for more churches and Christian organisations to benefit. As of now:
High Leigh: 168 minimum adults
The Hayes: 247 minimum adults
Highgate House: 82 minimum adults
So if your group size meets these new thresholds, exclusive use is now a real possibility.

3. All-inclusive experience
Our all-inclusive packages are designed to take the pressure off organisers. With accommodation, meeting spaces, AV equipment, and 3 hot meals-a-day included, you can focus on what really matters – building community and deepening faith. There’s no need to worry about unexpected extras; everything is taken care of, right down to unlimited tea and coffee! And, exclusive use enables our team to tailor meals to your group's unique requirements.
