We know that organising a church retreat or ministry conference comes with many considerations, and cost is a big one. As a Christian charity with a 110-year-old mission to serve the Church, we want to make it as easy as possible for Christians to gather, worship, learn, and grow in community.
What does this mean for you?
Any event you book with us for 2026 and 2027 will secure our current all-inclusive price. To save you even more, we're reducing some of our prices for Winter and Spring events at The Hayes and Highgate House*. And, did you know we have the lowest kids prices around?
These rates are on hold for a limited time only so make sure to lock in your dates for next year and 2027 as soon as possible!
Why we’re doing this
We are a not-for-profit organisation so every penny we receive goes back into serving God’s Kingdom.
Instead of paying shareholders, profits are reinvested into improving and maintaining The Hayes, High Leigh, and Highgate House, ensuring they continue to bless churches, ministries, and Christian groups for generations to come.
Yes, we still have rising operational costs, but our priority is to ensure that quality Christian conferencing is available to as many Churches and Christian organisations as possible. Our mission has stayed the same since 1910: to provide a place for your ministry to flourish.
