We are delighted to share some of the latest updates from Highgate House. Over recent months, a number of exciting improvements have been made across the site, all designed to enhance the experience of our guests and to care for this special place. From refreshed meeting spaces to thoughtful additions that reflect our values, Highgate House continues to grow and improve.
Ismay has received a fantastic refresh, creating an even more welcoming environment. The space now features brand new carpet and fresh paint, giving it a bright and modern feel. A new 4K 86-inch flat screen TV has also been installed, making it ideal for presentations, meetings, and events.
In addition, the Ismay breakout room is now fully ready for use. With fresh carpet, brand new lighting, and its own TV, this space provides a comfortable and practical area for breakout sessions, preparation, or informal discussions.

You will now find a large biodiversity poster displayed in the dining room. This highlights all that Highgate House is doing to support and promote biodiversity across the site. It is a wonderful way to see how we are actively caring for God’s creation and encouraging responsible stewardship of the natural environment. We invite guests to take a moment to read it during their stay.

Annerley has also been refurbished, with brand new carpet and fresh paint throughout. These updates have given the room a clean and refreshed look, helping to create a pleasant and comfortable setting for meetings, teaching sessions, and group activities.

We’re delighted to have completed a brand-new stretch tent area at Highgate House, offering guests a fresh outdoor space to enjoy. Situated just outside the coffee lounge and Aspen Hall, this covered area gives you a comfortable place to relax between sessions, catch up with others, or simply take in the peaceful views across the Northamptonshire countryside.

One of the most significant projects has been the restoration of the Baronial Hall floor. This was a careful and detailed process that required a great deal of attention to preserve the character and beauty of this historic space. The stripping and repainting have completely revitalised the surface, and the results are truly stunning. The hall now looks refreshed and elegant, ready to host many more memorable gatherings.

We are grateful for the ongoing support and patience of our guests as these improvements take place. Each update reflects our commitment to providing excellent facilities while caring for the heritage and purpose of Highgate House. We look forward to welcoming you soon so you can see these changes for yourself.
