Our trustees play an important role in shaping the future of Christian conferencing in the UK, helping to guide the work of one of the country’s largest Christian charities.
Over the next few years, we are looking to welcome a number of new trustees as some of our existing trustees come to the end of their terms.
We serve Christians from many different churches and backgrounds, and we want our Board to reflect that. We’re keen to hear from people of different ages, ethnicities, and life experiences, and from a wide range of denominations and church traditions. We also value different perspectives and ways of thinking, helping us make thoughtful and well-informed decisions.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with recent professional experience in digital or brand marketing, building and surveying, or legal and HR.
Trustees normally volunteer four days for board meetings and up to four 90-minute online committee meetings each year. The role is voluntary, with reasonable travel expenses covered, and some meetings take place at our conference centres and include an overnight stay.
If you feel your experience could help support the Trust in the years ahead, we would be very pleased to hear from you. Please email [email protected] to find out more.
This role has an occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010 that the successful applicant is a practising Christian.
