“Been coming for years and it's slowly transformed and now offers decent facilities through. The food is way better than it used to be and the staff are ace and always willing to help.”
“Travel to The Hayes Conference Centre every year and enjoy my time away there. The grounds are beautiful and there's a real sense of peace to be found. They are working hard on accessibility for disabilities and each year I see great improvements. Staff are friendly and are willing to help with any additional needs.”

“Our group has visited The Hayes for a number of years now as an overnight stop en route from Salisbury to Epworth as part of a John and Charles Wesley Pilgrimage, and have always appreciated the beautiful grounds and excellent hospitality. This is our first time booking directly with The Hayes (in the past a third party has handled the booking on our behalf), and Remi and the rest of the team have been delightful to work with throughout the process.”

“The room was great, but what made the visit great was the great customer service received from all of the staff encountered. The chefs made every effort to accommodate for my long list of allergies and provided tasty meals.”

“Excellent staff, nice clean rooms, beautiful grounds, nice relaxing lounge area with good coffee and very good meals including really nice desserts. Highly recommend.”
“Lovely building in beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to. Food is tasty and there is plenty of it. The signage to bedrooms was not very easy to follow. We got lost a few times! Bedrooms were adequate and they had ensuites with showers which was good. Meeting room was good, plenty of heating.”
“We have been impressed from the start with how organised and experienced the team are. We had an excellent tour of the venue where we were given plenty of time to ask lots of questions. Whenever we have called with a query, we have been met with professionalism and expertise. They have also given us space and time to make the decision with whether or not to go ahead with our weekend away - we are very grateful for their patience. It has given us a great deal of confidence in choosing High Leigh as a venue.”
