The Christian Conference Trust is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we collect

Through this website we will collect the following information about you:

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site, for example a quote request.

If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

Details of your visits to our site (including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise) and the resources that you access.

How we store this data

The information you give to us when you make a request, will be stored within our customer relationship management computer systems for the purposes of responding to your requests and managing any bookings and requests you make.

Data will be stored based on the following retention policy:

  • All quote requests or leads will be purged or anonymised 3 years after creation if no booking is made.
  • All contact details on bookings will be purged or anonymised 5 years after the event, if no future bookings.

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list, we will keep your name and email address on record. You may ask to unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link within any email we send you, after which we will send you no further email marketing.

The above retention policies do not alter your rights to control your personal data. Please see “Controlling your personal information” for more information on how to do this.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Controlling your personal information

CCT will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your permission.
