Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent ‘Best place to work’ survey. We highly value how you feel about working at Christian Conference Trust and these results give us important feedback so that we can keep on improving our working environment.
From the survey results, the three most important characteristics of the best place to work that you valued as a staff team were; a positive working environment, respect for work-life balance and a company that cares about its people. It was encouraging to see from those taking part in the survey, that we score highly in each of those areas.
We asked if you were clear about your objectives and half of you rated us 10 out of 10, with 97% of staff rating us as 7 out of 10 or higher.
When asked if we treat our people fairly and well, 95% scored us 6 or above with 43% giving us the highest marks.
84% rated us 8 or above when asked if they were proud to work here.
It’s encouraging to see that our scores benchmark really well against other hospitality venues. Our overall Employee Net Promoter Score was +51 which in our industry is considered extremely strong. A Net Promoter Score is created by taking the percentage of people who score 9-10 and subtracting the percentage who score 1-6.
