General Questions

Do you have parking?

All our centres have ample free parking on site. If you are staying at The Hayes your event organiser should tell you if you are registering in the Main House or Lakeside. For Lakeside registrations, follow signs for Lakeside Accommodation and Parking on arrival.

Do you have electric car charging facilities?

We have recently installed electric car parking facilities at The Hayes and High Leigh.

At The Hayes the chargers can be found in the lower Lakeside car park. At High Leigh you can find them at the end of the accommodation block near the Chapel Barn.

Are your venues disability friendly?

All our main conference halls are accessible for delegates with disabilities and feature hearing aid loops. We have a selection of accessible bedrooms available at each centre, please ensure that your conference organiser knows your requirements so that appropriate accommodation may be reserved for you.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Please contact your event organiser to confirm arrival times, as every event is different. Bedroom keys will be available from 2pm on your arrival day.

Please vacate your bedroom and return your keys by 9.30am on your departure day.

What time is reception open?

All our centres have different reception opening times:

The Hayes and High Leigh – a duty manager will be available between 7.30am and 11.30pm

Belsey Bridge – a duty manager will normally be available between 8am and 10.30pm, although these times may vary depending on booking requirements.

Outside of these times, emergency contact details will be posted at reception and available via your event organiser should you need to contact a member of staff.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

We have professional installed Wi-Fi network available at all our centres, in all common areas and bedrooms in the centres, providing a high speed and reliable internet connection free of charge to our guests.

What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is not permitted inside any CCT building, including e-cigarettes.

Can I bring pets?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed but guide dogs are permitted. 

Food and Drink

What times are meals served?

All meal times are slightly variable based on your groups programme, please contact your event organiser for more information.

Breakfast is usually served as an open buffet from 8.15am to 9am.

What time is the bar open?

This will depend on the requirements of the groups in the centre, but the bar is usually open from 5pm onwards.

Can you cater for special diets and allergies?

Our in-house catering teams will be happy to ensure that meals are available for any special diets and allergies. Please inform your event organiser in advance so that they can inform the centre.

When visiting the dining room, please make yourself known to a member of staff who will ensure you are served the appropriate meal. 

Bedroom Facilities

Are towels provided?

A bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest in their bedroom. 

Are hairdryers provided?

At The Hayes and High Leigh hairdryers are provided in all en-suite bedrooms. Hairdryers are available from reception at Belsey Bridge if required.

Are toiletries provided?

Soap, shower gel and shampoo will be provided in your bedroom/bathroom at all centres.

Do you have TV’s in your bedrooms?

Due to the nature of the events we host, we do not have TV’s in our bedrooms. However, there are TV’s available in common areas of the centres. Please see your in-room information pack for details.

Leisure Facilities

The Hayes

Table tennis and table football are available in the games room.

Our new Club House has a variety of facilities for young people and families including table tennis, air hockey, a Nintendo Wii, soft play areas and puzzle area.

We also have a large sports hall available for five-a-side football, badminton and basketball.

High Leigh

Table football and a small snooker table are available in the games room, along with a selection of board games. Indoor and outdoor table tennis tables are also available.

There is an outside area where guests may play football or tennis, and our new fitness trail and play area is now available in the garden.

Belsey Bridge

A table tennis table is available on request, your event organiser can arrange for it to be set up in a meeting room.

A parachute, tennis and skittles are also available.

Tennis courts are available for guest to use all year round, and the outside swimming pool is available in warm weather.
