Formerly a coaching inn, this stunning Christian venue offers modern, fully-equipped halls and meeting spaces. Get together, listen and learn, eat, relax, and enjoy fellowship with your group in beautiful surroundings. Exclusive use is available for large groups.
Highgate House offers a choice of large conference halls and characterful meeting rooms of various sizes, making it the ideal setting for residential conferences, team meetings, church weekends away, youth breaks, exhibitions, and training events. For large events, our biggest space seats up to 200 people.
Whether you’ll be joining us for a church weekend, hosting a two-day exhibition, leadership retreat, or a week-long conference, we’ll provide the space for your group to connect and be your authentic selves.
After a long day, enjoy a good night’s sleep in our clean, comfortable rooms. We offer a range of single, double, twin, and family rooms, all with en-suite facilities and with no supplement for single occupancy.
You and your guests will benefit from excellent in-room features, including free tea and coffee making facilities, and free, fast Wi-Fi.
We pride ourselves on our hospitality, which includes a fully-catered package of delicious home-cooked meals using local produce and suppliers where we can. We offer plenty of choice, and cater for vegetarian and vegan diets as well as people with allergy requirements.
Enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast, mid-morning coffee, a hot lunch, afternoon tea and cake, and a hearty evening meal. For special events, our team can help you host a gala dinner or even a BBQ in our gardens!

Relax and unwind in our peaceful gardens or enjoy a drink in our cosy lounge with open fireplace.
Included in the price is use of the gym facilities, and for the kids there is clubhouse with games and activities to keep them entertained.
We keep our prices as low as possible, so as many people as possible can benefit from time spent away together. That’s why kids under 6 stay for free at Highgate House and those aged 6-16 start from only £36.
