GROUP SIZE FLEXIBILITY
If you are unable to reach your contracted number of guests, for whatever reason, we will allow you to reduce your numbers by up to 10% at no charge.
Terms and conditions
You must notify us in writing at least 2 weeks prior to arrival if you need to cancel your spaces by up to 10% of the contracted total.
Full and part cancellations above 10% are charged as per the standard booking conditions.
This increased flexibility is for all new and existing events taking place in 2023 and 2024.
