All of our conference halls feature integrated AV equipment, including high quality sound systems, Yamaha digital pianos, flat screens, projectors and more. Best of all AV hire at CCT is provided for free as part of our all inclusive pricing.

Also available are a range of meeting rooms in a variety of sizes ideal for smaller group activities and workshops.

Our venues are disability friendly with wheelchair access to main conference rooms, hearing induction loops and accessible bedrooms.


A range of comfortable bedrooms

All our centres feature a selection of single, double, twin and family rooms, many with en-suite bathrooms. Our accommodation is charged per person, with no supplements for single occupancy of bedrooms.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, along with free Wi-Fi allowing you to work or relax in the comfort of your room.

We also offer rooms specifically designed for delegates with disabilities, including adapted doors and space for wheelchair users, alarm pull-cords and specially designed showers and bathroom suites.


Modern, professional grade technology and equipment

Our conference halls are equipped with the latest AV equipment, including high quality sound systems, Yamaha digital pianos, flat screens, projectors and more. Our meeting rooms feature portable data projectors or large flat screens as well as flipcharts, DVD players and other equipment.

Professionally installed wireless internet is available across each venue. This can be accessed throughout the building, in the conference rooms, bedrooms, lounges and bars.

Best of all there are no hidden extras for using these facilities, it’s all provided for free as part of our all-inclusive pricing.


Bespoke catering options created for your event

Our expert chefs and hospitality staff provide delicious meals, lunches and refreshment breaks. With plenty of choice and variety, we strive to provide balanced and nutritious food. Where possible fresh food is sourced locally and food waste is kept to a minimum.

We have plenty of options depending on your needs, including cooked and continental breakfasts, sandwich platters, light lunches, large buffets and three course meals. All our tea and coffee are provided free of charge and sourced from Fairtrade suppliers.

You can discuss your needs with our dedicated events team and we will create a catering package best suited for your event. We can tailor or enhance your menu according to individual requirements or specific dietary needs.
